Below is the letter that I sent to get my money back. I have not had a response from the company yet. I sent this letter and the product on 6/23/07.

Dear Customer Service Dept:


I am returning the 'Patch Perfect' container for a complete refund of $27.90 plus $5.95 for shipping and handling on my end or a total of $33.85. This amount includes the amount that you charged to my credit card and the amount it cost me to return the product container. I am also sending you photos of my lawn before I applied your product, immediately after I applied your product, and 13 ten days after I had applied your product. You will see from the photos that your product never germinated and I still do not have any grass. I followed your instructions to the letter so evidently your product is not what you say it is.
