Patch Perfect, Merchandise Direct Their own employees don't know anything about the company! Internet
There are television ads running for a new lawn product called Patch Perfect. It is supposed a great new product to help grass grow in hard to grow places. The add tells you to "ask about large lot and acreage discounts", so I called them to inquire about just that. It is an automated line only; no people available to answer any questions. If you press "2" to check on the status of you order, you receive a message to call their Customer Service line at 866-272-9951. When jumping through all the hoops, I finally got through to a real person! When I asked about the "large lot and acreage discount" he told me to fax my question to the corporate office at 866-823-9214. When I asked for a telephone number for the corporate office, he told me that the employees aren't given that information. When I asked what city and state the corporate offices were located, he said that employees weren't given that information. When I asked the name of the parent company, he explained that it was called Merchandise Direct.
Be very very careful if you plan to order this product. This sounds very shady to me.
