Complaint Review: Patch Perfect

I wish I had read the other postings before I placed an order with this company. They claim their special promotion "double order" will cover 100 square feet. The product directions indicate you must cover the area you are planting with 1/4 inch of product. Following these directions, I was able to cover 9 square feet of ground. A long way from 100. It took over 4 weeks for me to get my order as well, I thought maybe they were shipping from China. Given the marked absence of company contact information on their website, it was hard to tell for sure. Now that I know from the other postings that the grass doesn't grow anyway and it will take an Act of God to get my money back, getting cheated on the product volume seems small potatoes.
