OUR COMPANY DISPUTES THIS COMPLAINT AS UNTRUE AND LACKING ANY MERIT, AND NOT INDICATIVE OF OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Patent Services USA takes customer complaints very seriously and goes above and beyond what is required to accommodate our clients; however, our company has no record of any customer fitting the description in this poster’s story, nor can we even find a file for “Frankie J”. It is revealing that the complaint poster did not provide any information to verify their identity from this ripoffreport account, which appears to have been created for the purpose of disparaging our business. Patent Services USA recently won an injunction against one of its competitors in a court case. Since then we have been receiving online backlash, which appears to be done in an attempt to disparage our firm. I was pretty excited to get my patent for my invention and I thought this company seem like the real deal, however it has been a very stressful and difficult road. The communication with my rep was very poor, it also sounded like the guy didn't even know what he was talking about. The fact that it has been 8 months and I don't have any proof of them working on anything regarding my invention. My Rep hasn't answer my emails or phone calls for more than 2 moths. I'm DESPERATE! I don't know what else to do. I've also read online that the owner of this company is a criminal and that he goes by different names to commit crimes and open different scam companies!! This is TERRIFYING!  At first I try to convince myself that this was not a SCAM but by my experience and also other customer complaints I can ony hope to get my money back! I invested a lot of money on this, I worked very hard on my invention and for this people to take advantage of me, my time and money, this company has to have some type of consequences. I hope to help people by not making the same mistake I did.
