I have had numerous things break down in a home I am paying A LOT of money. I chose to rent so I wouldn't have to fix things. The fireplace worked when I moved in. It doesn't now.  Numerous things have been broken and it's been a complete hassle trying to fix them.  Most recently, when I called they indicated a tehnician would be out on Sunday and I needed to be home from 12-5. I was.  No one came.

I called at 4 and they indicated that they couldn't find a technician and when they found one they would send them.  No call on Monday. I called back and was advised it's a, "luxury item" and no one is coming to fix it.  I find this appalling and disgusting.  There are numerous reports about this company and it needs to stop.
