This company is a scam.  Do not join them.  They claim to need drivers to transport patients.  While the drivers do pick up patients, take them to the doctor and take them home, it is still a scam.  It may also be arranged with the doctors office.  Ross and Leo Charge $475 to be a driver with the company.  They claim it is to sigh the driver up with workers comp insurance.  They provide names and addresses of patients and doctors to pick up and drop off at.  They claim they charge $6.00 per mile, $25.00 per 15 minute wait time and $80.00 to pick up and drop off patient. Which in itself is not too bad.  I worked there 10 days and billed out over $47,000 and I was to receive 40% of that. After talking with a person in the office, I discovered that the woman, Geraldine, who was supposed to be submitting the claims to the insurance companies, was not submitting anything.  She comes into the office at 9 am, leaves at 5 and does nothing but play around on facebook.  The person I talked to sat across from Geraldine.  She said that there were dozens, if not hundreds of completed transports on Geraldine's desk and in her drawer sitting there since October 2012 that had never been submitted for payment. Which leaves me to wonder, if a business is in business, they should be there to make money.  Why would a company sit on their bills for 6 months and not submit them for payment so the drivers could be paid?  They keep supplying the drivers with work, the doctors keep faxing in papers for the patients to be picked up, so why is the company not submitting the bills?
The answer is that they don't care about the patients, the drivers or the bills.  They are in this for the cash.
Ross advertises that drivers can make $20,000 per month.  On paper, I did $17,000 in 2 weeks so, the work was there.

But they have dozens people coming to their office each day paying them $475 everyday so they have a cash income that they do not have to report to the State or the IRS and that is why they do not do any billing.  The drivers who are still with Ross and are using up their life savings driving and picking up the patients, are hoping someday they will receive a pay check for the work they have done but it just is not going to happen.  The company is hiding in on the 10th floor of a Farmers Insurance Building.  They tell the prospective drivers that they have the whole 10th floor to make them think this is a big company but in reality, they only have a small room about 6 feet wide by 8 feet long with 6 six desks in there.  They have moved 5 times in the last 6 months and every time drivers start to complain about not getting paid, they pack up and leave.  I was there just two weeks.  When I started, all the phone lines were working and everyone answered the phone.   Two weeks later, all the phone lines except one, were turned off.
they also never answered the phone with the name of the company, they answered the phone with " Can I help you or Customer Service", another sign of a scam company. I also found out that they don't have a real phone line.  When you call the company, it rings their cell phone.

In short, they company is a scam company, they charge money to work for them and do not pay.  they need to be sued and the money needs to be returned to the drivers. then they need to be bared from ever opening another business.
