Complaint Review: Patio Furniture Repairs

Owner, Julian Tuza, came and quoted us $53.50 to sandbalst and recoat a metal patio table.  He took the table on Aug 23 and indicated a 3 week turnaround.  After 5-6 weeks we started emailing and calling him asking for a status.  It was difficult to get responses from him.

 After leaving multiple messaged on his phone, we finally got a callback from a woman on 10/22 who said table would be delivered 10/25 or 10/26.  They would call on 10/24 to confirm the delivery date.  We got no call and no delivery.

 I called again late on 10/26 and again on 10/29 and no one will call us back.
