Complaint Review: California Grills & Spas

We contracted with this company for Kitchen work, and what was promised vs. what was delivered was vastly different.

Besides being almost 2 weeks late for an installation that was schedule three weeks before, they were always late, delivered incorrect and damaged product, and made a huge mess which they did not clean up.

Their contract was not specific enough, and as a result, what they promised, vs. what they delivered changed daily. Their work practices left garbage and debris and damage on our property. They left us with a partially completed project and demanded full payment.

We are still sorting out how to repair the damage done by this company after two weeks, and attempting to clean up after them.

We did not pay the balance of this contract and we will not do so until we can address all the items left undone and that need repair.

Beware of this company. A public search of the Clerk of Courts records in Miami-Dade County indicates that they are defendants in 8 law suits in Miami-Dade County in the past 1.5 years.
