I have asked for instructions and/or form to request a refund for both my children by phone, email and fax but have yet to receive a response or acknowledgement period. Select Student Loan Help sure make alot of promises but don't follow through. It has been months since they took my money directly from my checking account. I just want my money back and to be done with them. I should have known; it sounded to good to be true.
