Tenant moved in on 04/01/19 only took about 2 months for her to not pay any rent and trash the place. Absolute mess and horrible tenant. She got kicked off DHS and kept coming up with different stories in order to stay in the place. She is full of lies.
I would stay away at all cost. Left the property with bunch of trash. Broke brand new cabinets, Sink, 4 windows fully broken in the house. Brand new vanity in bathroom will need to be replace. All walls dirty and some holes in the walls. I have attached photos for you reference and for you to see photos of her.
Brought a dog into the property which they kept locked up in the garage and in the basement which went to the bathroom all over the place. PETS WERE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY AT ALL.
IF there were only a way to post against them a warrenty was granted for her eviction. I am taking time out of the day so that this doesn't happen to any other landlords or home owners. Complete pig she and her family is. Used the house for three different familys roughtly 9 people lived in a place that is made with only three bedrooms. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
