I started boarding my horses for $50 a horse, for 3 horses around Sept 20,2009.As I dropped off a round bale a week an 2 50# bags of grain a week I assumed my horses were getting fed with what i had left each week.As months went by I started to notice a change in weight. My stallion an older mare were losing weight. While the daughter to my stallion an mare was not (she was in with their horses so sire wouldnt breed her). As Nov 2009 started approaching an into Jan 2010 i was asking questions.I was then thrown a written up paper, supposably by her attorney, stating i was to give up my filly who was in with their horses or owe then $150 a horse plus feed. To my shock I agreed ,not wanting any troubles or conflict, then sold my $6500 stallion for $350 as he was skinny by then an trailered my older mare out of there to a friends in Millington,Mi. As she was also underweight by then. A year later The filly had a overo colt by her sire, they bred her while under their care without my permission or aknowledgement......They stole a breeding to his own daughter......My stallion went to a show home an my older marre has since gained all her weight back an is very happy an still under my ownership .As for the filly she has gone up an down in weight the past 4 yrs an is skinny as of her 2014 pics. Yet the daughter of the woman who did this to my horses persist to state she rescued her from me.a Owner of this mare since she was a foal an always fat......

I dropped off a round bale an 10 square bales once a week to my horses an 100# in grain in the barn. The pasture was about 5 acres on a hillside so NO i didnt always get a chance to see my horses every week an I did adress the issue with the owners on quite a few occasions about there weight dropping.Ive owned horses for over 30 yrs also an bred them an None of my horses have ever been thin at all.I moved them from our house we lost in a divorce situation to this ladies home out of desparate to not have to sell them cause i owned them for many years an this is exactly how my horses were treated.I have more than enough witnesses.....I DID have to sell my stallion I payed $6500 for off my sister an due to his condition sold him for $350 cause he was so thin an started to refuse to breed mares. The new owners gelded him an now show him as he had put all his weight back on.As for the filly she was 5 yrs old at the time not a baby.I call all young mares who have never been bred fillys not maiden mares.I have pics of the foal out of the filly also that i didnt post. They owned another mare that was in her teens an a young gelding pony inwhich this is where my 5 yr old filly was kept.I have kept all pictures, reciepts an witness reports for this incident. My horses didnt start losing the weight in the beginning it was about 1 1/2 months before i moved my mare an sold my stallion. They ended up getting the filly an she was fat while i owned her an as of this year she is about 300# or more underweight.

Your report makes no sense with all the grammatical errors and failure to use proper paragraphs.  All horses lose weight when they are thrown into a new home/situation.  Did you not see your horses at least once a week?? I have never dropped any horse I have ever had into a new situation without seeing them at least 2 times a week so if you did not, then that is on you.

As for you selling an expensive stud horse for chump change - don't believe it. And you can't breed a filly - she is still a baby and has not even produced enough hormones for breeding.  How do I know this - try  over 30 years with horses, breeding, etc etc.
