Sara Jean Deegan, why not sign your name to all of these lies you are posting online ? Sara Jean Deegan, kiiled my lovely gray cat, ruined my living situation, used drugs, went beserk, had screaming fits of rage, and was caught red-handed creeping around my bedroom, and is clearly shown on video.

Now she's creating a pleuthora of vague lies to try to distract and cover up her own bad behaviour. Beware of Sara Jean Deegan. This is a very disturbed person.

This is the Deegan Family rifling through all of my belongings, private letters, passwords, etc.

This claim filed against me and my family violates the privacy rights of our personal and physical safety. This claim posted by “Dee Dee” aka Susan Werner, includes my parent’s home address, phone number; also, links to private information regarding where I, (((REDACTED))), attend school and work, private information regarding my mother, Patti, including her place of work. The claim included a link to an illegal secret footage of my mother in her underwear and me in my yoga attire.

Subsequently, I am being harassed very frequently online. I have been forced to change all of my personal online accounts. I am being cyber bullied, stalked, threatened and my professional reputation and physical safety has been compromised.

I am currently being treated by a psychiatrist, Dr. Sierra Wong, and psychologist, Dr. Erin Goldman, regularly at CAPS at the University of Arizona for bipolar disorder. You can contact my doctors at: (520) 621-3334 to verify this information. I am emotionally unstable. I am prescribed lithium, as well as an anti-convulsant, because I am a recovering victim from date rape and trauma. Now, I am receiving frequent sexual harassing messages, cyberbullying and threats online that risk my mental and emotional stability, well-being, and physical security. I am shaking as I write this letter. I genuinely fear for my physical safety, and my family’s.

Furthermore, my family is not an individual or business--the claim is an illegal, personal slander, verbal/written attack and vendetta against my family to aid in her efforts to extort $10,000.

In regard to her vague accusations of her cat mysteriously disappearing, I am an animal rights activist, vegan and my pitbull is vegan. In regard to her accusation that I entered her room, I searched for my cat under the bed. There is no video proof of theft, nor rummaging through her drawers or belongings. Her false accusation had already been evaluated and dropped by the police in 2012. Now Susan Werner is using the illegal footage and false accusations to blackmail my family with the intention to extort $10,000.

Please help us remove this illegal information which is a direct threat to my family’s physical safety. How would you feel if your daughter’s private information: address, phone number, school, and work place were available online and she was receiving frequent threats and sexually harassing messages? Have we lost compassion and common courtesy for others? Her claim is not a freedom of speech: it violates our legal rights by publicly revealing personal information that is a direct physical threat to my family. In early 2011, Susan G. Werner rented a room and recorded the Deegan family as described in the 2012 Rip Off Report and posted via video link posted by "Dee Dee."

On August 11, 2014, this video had been requested for removal from YouTube for violating terms of service, namely violation of privacy, for publishing full identification of parties in video, including home addresses, names of school and employment, and other personal information without consent.

On August 11, 2014 a Certified Letter was dated and sent by Susan G. Werner, Playa Vista, CA, to the Deegan family, received August 14th. The letter contained "demand for payment" for $10,000.00 to be paid in a lump sum payment --  payable to her PAYPAL account by August 21, 2014.

By August 14, 2014, the offending video, postings, and commentary from both "susan55555" and  another username, "kee kee del arichee", were finally removed and blocked by YouTube because of privacy infringement.

In addition to the user name "Susan55555", there was a username of "Kee Kee del Arichee"  who was re-posting information about the Deegans and frequently encouraging comments about the video that violated YouTube's privacy rights.   YouTube blocked the video and her comments for violating the Deegan's privacy rights.
