Ordered garments in the name of TEAM MORGAN charity to honor a young girl who died from Cancer. Patricia Dybalski called and asked for sweats and t's and some time for an event to sell. Garments shipped and despite numerous calls for payment ---NOTHING. Sent a check and then caneceled the check before deposit. Con artist. Operates out of her house and supposedly represents charities. FRAUD.
