I am helping my aunt with a foreclosure in Broward and a friend in Palm Beach.  I have been listening to these judges evict people from their homes and it is obvious that they are corrupt and in the pockets of the banks.

Follow me:

A Note is a negotiable instrument just like a check except it is not payable on demand.  It is a loan.

A Mortgage is incident to the loan and serves as a lien against the title to your home securing payment of the Note, such that if you default on the Note, the house can be foreclosed on and sold to pay the Note.

Notes are governed by the Uniform Commercial Code and Mortgages are governed by the common law.

Patti Henning allowed HSBC to foreclose a mortgage even though they were not named on the Note or Mortgage.  This is insane.  Let us say that I write out a check for $100 payable to you.  Let us say that your cousin comes to court and says I want to cash this because I haev it in my hands.

Patti would say "sure" why not. . . . this is absurd
