Terrible. She ruined my stone countertops. They used some product called Norweb or something and it stripped all the finish off of my kitchen countertops. Also used the same product on my floors and took all of the finish off that too! Didn't want to talk to me after they damaged it and just refused to answer our calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. She acted like she was so much better than me while she was holding a mop cleaning my house.
