I was researching this "breeder" for a friend who had been in contact with this facility. After finding the information I found on here, I contacted PETA and wanted to share what they suggested be done. So please, if you have adopted dogs or puppies from them, or have witnessed the neglect and poor care of these animals, take steps to prevent from happening to more innocent pets.
"With cases involving breeders and puppy mills, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) should be contacted to file a formal complaint and verify that a breeder is licensed as required by law (http://www.usda.gov/wps/portal/usdahome).The USDA is the agency that licenses, regulates, and inspects puppy mills across the country."
