Patricia Wilson Avinger Texas Misrepresenting horses she is selling and people are getting hurt Avinger Texas
I bought a horse from Patricia Wilson. She told me this horse was used in 4h and had won a saddle . Been ridden in western pleasure . Advertised as a good kid horse and trail horse. The horse was advertised as Holly on Ag Direct . The horse was in Teresa Price and in Copper, Texas . I wired the money to Patricia Wilson Avinger ,Texas.
The day she arrives and I get on her this mare knows nothing , she does not know how to neck rein ,leg cues. She does not even know how to walk straight. I had my trainer get on her and she said she rides like a green horse. That same day I see her advertised on Freehorse ads and she uses the exact same pix she had emailed me and the horses name is Heidu in Pittsburg ,Texas. The coggins did not match her, the name on it was Starlight. I paid for a well trained horse ,not a green broke horse. She would tell lie after lie . She had told me I would have to sign a 5 month contract saying if I sold this horse she could buy it back (RIGHT) . There was no contract with all the paper work. She is really good at what she does .
Please do not buy a horse from her and beware of area code 903 . She uses fake names ,fake cities and fake ranch names.

Hi Rhonda and thanks for the info. I will check out the Dreamhorse site and would love to participate in a class action suit or anything else that might get this hideous person stopped. It's been two years since she cheated us. I contacted the FBI and filed a report with them back then. I have also filed a complaint with my local law enforcement. I will do the ic3gov that you recommended as well.
I really appreciate your assistance. I have been so angry about this whole deal and felt so alone. It is good to know that folks are trying to unite against this unethical person.

As you can see, trained in several events. I was wanting a well trained horse not a green broke horse. Also this family horse that she is saying is such a good trail horse tried to run me in the bushes and rears up. There is a article running right now at www.msmarketbulletin.org on page 32 titled (HIGH-TECH HORSE THEFT RING) call Sonny Vincent at 1-800-678-2660. He has over 20 complaints of as right now on this Patricia Wilson. By the way I have called your attonery and left my name and number. He has not returned my phone number. I have several of your ads printed out with your fake ranch names and cities.

sHE PURCHASED A TRAIL HORSE. And as with all sales documents/video/photos of horses abilities and there past history is disclosed.
The slander Mrs. Strickland is posting is bogus and does not pertain to me.
She is naming some names that are not my ranches or ranches I sell horses for. Nor do business with.
My attorney will be addressing this for further problems.
