May 22, 2014 1;30 PM PST In Januray Patrick Bulmer a court appointed reciever was ordered to return $ 60, 000.00 by a Federal Court to a creditor that he somehow arrived at, and now he apparently is on another ghost chase.
Seems that he has accepted a position from an Orange County Santa Ana Attorney to chase a defunct corporation that has been out of business for over two months and is nothing but a memory, ruined allegedly by Shirdel and his clients Padilla and others. Shirdel has apparently charged the major shareholders a couple named "Jakubaitis" who started the company and owned the major stock "with looting" however Ive not seen any proof of such, just mere allegations and sour grapes by Padilla for being fired from the company. Thus the Jakubaitis clan has berought a 49 Million Dollar Law suit against Shirdel his boutique law firm and Padilla III from Garden Grove...Employers dont hire this guym,apparently he sued because he did not get his 10 minute breaks a new trend for Orange County Lawyers
Seems like Shirdel is not a o forgive and forget Christian rather somewhat of a sore looser with Interest in Las Vegas in a company called Co-Signer.com. Finally, it seems like this Iranian Born Citizen Shirdel hates Americans as well, as he keeps asking for sanctions against the American Lawyers...How did this guy Shirdel get a license to practice law in California ? One only needs to review his filings at the State and Bankruptcy level to see how many trees he's killed in this country riddled with inacurate reports and court minutes that look something like scripts for Bravo TV authored by Shirdel..
Anyway Im told that Bulmer is a financial genius apparently not genius enough to stay away from Shirdel...lets see whaere this goes and finally who is supplying the money behind Shirdel, we know and will let you know where the checks are being written from...Maybe Santa Ana, Laguna Beach, By the way the court record shows that Shirdel is going away in June probably to IRAN and the other record shows Padilla was defaulted on the 40 Million Dollar suit however with his attorney being Shirdel (who is being sued a s well) we should expect a myriad of filings to stall, however has anyone ever heard of conflicts in this law forum ?
