PATRICK BUTLER, AKA BUTLER'S TREE SERVICE did NOT COMPLETE the job he was hired to do and STOLE the INSURANCE he provided us to get the job. He was extremely unprofessional and actually told me to 'F**k OFF" when I asked him to complete the job. He DOES NOT HAVE A LICENSE OR INSURANCE to perform tree services. I would never recommend him to anyone!!!
T&R TREE & LAWN SERVICES, (OWNER TIMOTHY RANDOLPH) was also on site for the job and they have done nothing to resolve the situation. His INSURANCE is CANCELLED AND NO RECORD OF A LICENSE WAS FOUND..
Several neighbors have complained about both these companies. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!

I don't know who filed the report against Patrick but you are wrong about the facts. I had a very large oak tree removed from my front yard. Not only was he polite, courteous and professional.
I saw his certification and insurance. I am an Accountant for a mechanical contractor. I would know if it was fake. If you have buyers remorse please just say that it is morally wrong to say things that are just not true.

I Amber Butler, of Butler's Trees am not affiliated with this comment or Tree Service. . But I will say this story that this client has made up is a total lie. .. The Tree Service that was there did everything to the gentleman's liking and he paid at the end of completion of this job. If he was unhappy at the time, why did he pay??? The insurance form was furnished by Timothy Randolph and had nothing to do with Butler's Tree Service. . This was several years ago, and is no longer associated with Timothy or his Tree Service. . Patrick Butler is a excellent tree surgeon and treats all of his clients with care and all jobs are completed to customers satisfaction. all Clients are very happy.. so for the 15 year's of being In the tree industry, this is the only blemish against him. I guess you can't please them all, but sure will continue to try.
