Dead beat dad doesn't support his 12yr old son. Makes false promises to pick him up and never show.. I have been trying to collect Child support for the last twelve years. He is co-owner of Gates Auto in Hayward,CA. Will go out out drinking and partying on weekends but can't contribute to his son's education, food, clothes and extra curricular activities..Such a loser and the topper he had his wife seem like he was in prison all these years because she's a correctional officer.I have plans to take his a*s to civil court.Just found this out by Child support a week ago. My son deserves better and will get what is rightfully his.I will let the world know what he is doing is not right...Sick and tired of his bullshit...
