HE is a slum lord. He has a very bad reputation with his neighbors & past rentors.
He has a long history of irresponsible negligence, with past rentors and when he occupied the property himself, HE has no intentions of repairing any problems until he is forced. to late then!! This property has serious problems all due to negligence

Patrick Hartigans Irresponsible Lazy negligence caused a tenant, to get badly injured inside the home on (((REDACTED))), Canton Ga. He would not have repairs made to dangerous conditions inside the home thus causing a tenant serious health problems after a nasty fall, this injury will affect the tenant for a life time.
He had been notified time & time again asking him to rectify the dangerous problem and many other issues inside the home & out. He had no intentions of making repairs. He has a long ugly reptuation with past tenants, neighbors & HOA because of his neglect, he is a true Slum Lord,
A Law Suite is the only thing that will make him set up & take notice, His Homeowner Ins is aware of the health problems he has created for the tenant. they have to take responsibility for his negligence.
