I purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot from Patrick, put down a $5000.00 payment, with a 500 a month car note, had the vehicle for 11 months, never missed a payment, one day while out of state on vacation, the truck is stolen from my hotel , I call police and my insurance, after a couple of days my insurace says it was repo'd by a bank, I speak to the bank who tells me the the vehicle is leased to someone else who failed to make payments on the vehicle and all of my documents are fraudulent.

I contact Patrick aka PJ aka Justus LLC, but get no response, after multiple calls texts and emails , still no response, ended up stuck in an unfamiliar place, with my 3 kids in a hotel and Patrick has never been heard of again. This evil man needs to be put behind bars

Ok I don't know why I am being dragged into this situation on here with a company that went out of business in like 2016. I worked for them as their IT guy which basically consisted of me creating and maintaining their website.

As for the name "JUSTUS CONSULTANTS" it was a joke but the company owner liked the name since it was done like JUST-US CONSULTANTS and left like that. I don't own the company and never did so don't blame me for anything they did to you.

I left after the owner bailed on everyone leaving me and 2 other employees to deal with the fallout from customers who wanted to know what was going on. I did my best to clean up what I could but it wasn't my mess to clean up.

As for this Honda Pilot you had a bad experience with, I had nothing to do with that since again the company shut down in 2016 and you claim that happened in 2021!  Also, when they were up and running, we never asked for that much down for a car so I don't believe that you put down $5000. usually it's like $2500-3000 MAX!

So, I am thinking this whole story is false since it doesn't add up to me with the time lines and the money claimed to be lost over it.

ALSO be aware that there were 3 other companies that opened up doing the same exact thing that they were doing and we found out they got a hold of our contracts and were using them pretending to be us. I think that was one of the reasons the owner shut everything down and moved out to Vegas, last I heard.

If you got scammed after 2016 then it was probably from one of the copycat companies who was using our contracts and taking peoples deposits and then going back and taking the cars later with spare keys. If that happened to you then I am very sorry and wish I could help but I can't since it had zero to do with me.

I would appreciate it if you would take this whole thing down since it doesn't involve me

This post is to all of Patrick Justus's victims. This guy is a real piece of work, one who will not bat an eye to screw you out of a dime. When pushed into a corner, he will literally do anything to escape. In my case, I met with him to purchase a radio controlled drone in Natomas, CA. April 1, 2017. While demonstrating the drone, he crashed it. I asked for my deposit back. This is when things went sideways.

Patrick Justus attempted to steal my deposit, ultimately striking/hitting me with his vehicle, attempting to flee. As a result, Patrick Justus was arrested and charged for Assault With A Deadly Weapon. For almost the next 4 years we battled it out in Court. In the end, Patrick lost to the sum of $213, 479.39. He is currently paying Restitution in that amount, to the extent where the State Franchise Tax Board is currently deducting his wage. I have also filed a Lien in Sacramento County for the full Judgement Order.

If anyone is seeking information about Patrick Justus's current location, including who his attorney might be, please reach out to me. I am also seeking information about any financial transactions he might be involved in. This will help me put this guy behind bars, because of his fraudulent claims he represented to the Court under oath, or signed documnents under the penalty of purjury. Lets work together to put this guy behind bars where he belongs.

This Patrick Justus did the same thing to me in the past under a false name and took my money for a vehicle under the pretense of "helping to restore credit.” It did not end well as a victim of this manipulation. I paid a year on a car perfectly without missing payments, only to have him repossess it in the middle of the night pretending to be "the bank/repossession company.” He is a liar, a cyber scammer, and a fraud. He creates false documents to swindle others into a misconception of security under the false pretense of representing the truth.

He steals people’s money and property. If anyone would like to serve him or be witness against him so he doesn’t continue doing this to others, he will be at the courthouse in Sonora California 9-10-2021 & 9-13-2021 (displayed online via county public records) for the same reasons as these complaints were filed for: embezzlement, fraud, and grand theft auto.
