Complaint Review: Patrick Lees

Do not do buisness with this Guy.  Yes it is one guy.  He burns people then changes his name, and starts up again.  He moved from Orange County to Las Vegas because his reputation was burned here.  He used to go by Michael PKS (Parks), then changed his name to Patrick Lees.  DO not do business with Patrick Lees or Michael PKS. He is a con artist.   He deals mostly business to business, he collects a bunch of money from business's then when he can't deliver a product he goes into hiding.  His facebook page is http://www.facebook.com/michael.pks.3  

 Since he has already burned the major players in the buiness,  he has been struggling doing wholesale.  Last I heard, he switched over to retail so he can work with homeowners. 

So warning to homeowners, DO not hire Patrick Lees or Michael PKS to help you stop foreclosure.  DOnt hire him to do an audit on your loan either.  He claims to do everything in-house however, he works out of his home.   He subcontracts his Audits out, then spends the money before he can pay the auditor. 

His birth Name is DOng SUK, DOung SUC, or DOung SUK.   (i would have an allias too)  goes by Patrick Lees or Michael pks.   There is an attorney in Vegas named Michael Pks who has a bad report on her, but he is not the same guy.
