I spoke to Patrick about 9 months ago and called me up soliciting me to see if I needed a loan modification. I guess as he said that he had refinanced me in to f...ed up loan that he gave me three years early and offered to help me get out of it. I was very hesitant at first as he made the hair stand up on my back. He lived in the town next door to me so I felt like I had a local connection to him even though I had never met him. I had a trucking company that was down 90% at the time and is now bankrupt. He bleed me out over 9 months promising me that him and his attorney friend who I never met would help me, he took over $8,000 over the 9 months trying to redo his stupid audits that he could never get right in the first place.
Patrick Pulatie is the people that got this world in to the problems by selling them loans that were fraud to begin with in the first place. When I looked back on the loan docs when he refinanced me I found out that he made over $30,000 off of me in commissions. I barely make that a year but he made it look like I make over $200,000 a year just so he could get his commission.
This guy ripped me and my family off and bleed my business dry just so he could pay his mortgage on his multi million dollar home. Patrick is not in the business of helping people at all, he is only trying to make money off people who are in desperate situations by promising them the world.
I ended up tracking Patrick down as you can find any address off of his website. Come to find he is a one man shop operating out of his house. When I went to his home to demand my money back he answered the door in stained tighty whites and said where is my pizza. He looked like he had been up all night probably ranting on his blogs about all the other people he hates in the world and saying how great his one man corporation is. That was it for me this fat slob of a human being is nothing more than a con artist.
FYI to the next person, when looking for a company, make sure that you can either meet them in person or that they actually have a physical address.
I am currently in the process of finalizing the complaint against him with my new attorney that says he can get him put in jail for what he did.

I ordered a rush Forensic Audit from Patrick. It was for an elderly lady who was about to lose her home due to the predatory loan she was in. With minimum paperwork and time, Patrick accepted to do the audit. An attorney who is very experienced in this kind of law, accepted my client based on the audit Patrick conducted. Patrick was informative, compassionate and responsive!

I am the CEO of Loan Fraud Investigations. I must reply to the allegations in this post while my attorney prepares an action to find out who posted this. These are the "untruths" in this purported report.
1. I do not do, and never have done, loan modifications. The DRE and I have had intensive talks about loan mods and audits, and since I do not do loan mods, or have contacts with lenders in any manner at all, I am in complete compliance.
2. I do not do phone solicitations for anything, including audits. 98% of my audits are ordered by attorneys. The other 2% are "retail" and when they call, I have them speak with attorneys before I will consider doing an audit.
3. If I did a loan for this person, and I made the hair stand on the back of his head, and the loan was so bad, why did he "supposedly consent"? Then he mentions that he never had met me, yet I had done a loan for him and he lived one town away. Hard to believe. Plus, I never did a loan for anyone who owned a trucking company.
4. My audits cost $595. The audits far more advanced that most others.
5. I never made $30k in commissions on any loan. The most ever made was $11k,, and it was a very complicated loan.
6. Multi-million dollar home? That is a laugh. I rent.
7. I do operate out of my home, but that enables me to work more efficiently and put in more hours.
8. One man shop? I have 7 employees.
9. Fat slob? I could use losing 15-20 pounds.
10. Notice that this individual did not identify himself. And what is the bit in the upper left hand corner which says attorney, Cotati, Ca. (By the way, I used to live in Rohnert Park, one town over.)
11. Notice that he has named Broker Outpost in his heading. This is a website for loan officers and others. I have been outspoken against loan officers there regarding the use of automated audits that only claim TILA/RESPA violations. Presumably, this complainer may have come from there.
Everything he has written is a lie.
The bottom line is that I hope this guy responds to this rebuttal. And he should identify himself. I would love for his supposed attorney to get in touch with me. I look forward to meeting this guy in a court of law. When he comes, he should bring his checkbook and be ready to write a check for my attorney fees and defamation lawsuit.
