Complaint Review: patriot driving center

 I am now receiving letters and them taking my tax returns to repay a school which I never attended or needed to attend. I had my cdl every since I was 16 when it was considered a chauffer licenses and the when I turned 18 I drove a charter bus with passengers to events on weekends. So I had a letter prepared from my work/friend to grandfather into a cdl as that is the law a the time of conversion. Law changing and a few testes and letter from your work place stating u are performing the required activities was all you needed to convert from a chauffers' to commercial drivers license. Never had a issue for I soon was drafted to play professional baseball out of high school. Had a contract of a quarter mill to sign. So for someone to say I needed a 6000 dollar loan to attend a school.which I had a license already is crazy. Not to mention I lived just a few short miles away from this facility.

So after 15 years I see a loan on my credit report that I supposedly attended a driving is such a joke. So I had to make a police report and it was investigated and they couldn't find anything or anyone on the school for it was closed for fraud. Frauding the people and stealing government loans in people names. They even opened a bank in my name. I went to the bank and asked to see my checking account I owned. Lol it was closed ofcourse and they had no signature card or copy of a person opened the account. Crazy cover up.

So I hired an attorney and had to file bankruptcy and was removed from my credit do to fraudulent reporting. Said my loan was supposedly was through city bank. Anyways heard nothing for another 21 years and now here I am hiring another attorney for the same crap. Holding my money from my taxes. Not by the IRS but by the people whom write the checks or direct deposits. Now I have had to send all my old letters and tax returns of years before this crappy scam was performed. I just so happen have these items cause of playing professional baseball. If I hadn't I guess I would just had been screwed again. Dnt get me wrong. We still have not got my return back yet. We are on our third attempt. I've had to have my signatures. Paperwork and letters written to them with my signatures and all has to be motorized for the third time. And as u know attorneys are not cheap. So I'm giving this one last attempt. I'm going to sue them for all my attorney fees and time and suffering after this last attempt. The attorney general.. BBB... And governed needs to get involved. Cost it will but I'm not broke.

So I will win. I have all the past and future paperwork. So their cooked. I here their are plenty of these people and stupid misgivings'. The government always trying to screw you.
