Complaint Review: Patriot Electric

Patriot Electric Chad Rutledge We paid for electricity to our dock in full. The work was not completed and he will not answer phone. I have tried for 6 weekss. Camdenton Missouri

We hired this eltrician to install electricty to our dock and hook up dock pump in July. It took him a month with several phone calls to do the job. He said he was finished with the job the 24 th of July. The dock pump did not work and he said he would be back to fix it. We immeditaly had problems. I have called everyday since with no reponse.

  The information in this report is not correct. Dock was wired properly. After that individuals needed a water irrigation pump connected at the dock. The length of pipe is 250 feet with a 35 foot rise in elevation. Customer supplied the new pump. I advise them that I am not a plumber so could not guarantee the pump deliver water up the hill that far. The wiring was all correct and I even installed the underground pipe at no extra labor because I had a trench dug for the wiring already. I made several phone calls attempting to get information on the proper pump. The customer did not want to incur any more costs for a bigger pump. I am not a plumber. I completed what I could to the best of my ability and the customer knew in advance that I could not assure the pump would function properly.
