Their words:

"

How do the plans work?
  • When visiting a participating provider, you simply show your plan ID card and you will then be entitled to a reduced or discounted rate.
  • Families may save hundreds, if not thousands of dollars based on the type of care and frequency of visits.

My words:

This ripoff asks you to fill out a short registration. After a few seconds, they say that you qualify, then  ask for a "sign-up fee". Of course, you have to enter your bank account number for the sign up fee. After that we received nothing, until we noticed that our checking account wasn't balanced. These people took $140 per month out of our account and didn't even send us a card. We were dumb and new to the internet, but found out how easy it is to get ripped off. By the time we got smart, they had taken $1260 from us. We had no health problems, so we didn't think much about it, until my cousin had a brain tumor. We called to file a claim and they acted like they didn't know who we were. It took an extra 3 weeks for the hospital to figure out we'd been scammed, since we put Patriot Health UCA as our provider, instead of saying we had no insurance. Luckily Medicare accepted him after unsucessfully explaining that we weren't covered, but thought we were. Unfortunately, it also took an extra 3 weeks before my cousin started getting his chemo and radiation treatments I'm not sure if it was too late for the treatments yet, but if it was, they killed him.

We are ready to go after them, as soon as we can get enough people to put these people in prison, or take them for everything they have.

I'll keep updating this on my cousin's condition, but we beg anyone NOT to purchase a policy, or to expect any help from Patriot Health UCA. If you have this company as your insurance company, GET OUT. If you don't, go with one you know is legit!
