I've got a proposition for you. Attached is the PO for the generator job in Long Beach. As you know I am short on funds and need to get this stuff done before I can collect. I am talking to a few factoring companies that will float me 15k based on the PO, but they want a LOT of money to do so. Like I mentioned yesterday,
I can do this job for around 15k, I bid 29k and if you can float me the 15k now, we can just count this as our first shared project.
Bid = $29.605.00
Cost = $15,000.00
Profit = $14,605.00
Split = $7,302.50
SITSG gets $22,302.50
Patriot gets $7302.50
If this i feasible for you, I'm all in, but I need the $ today as I need to order parts tomorrow and the factoring company is ready to issue.. Let me know!
Money was taken by Patriot Mission Critical, the project was left in default state not started. The money was due 100% within 3 months due by the end of December 2015.
11 Months later this John Walter Brummett has ignored 99.9% of all emails and replied to text that he is waiting on the funds from completion of the project that he in fact never started.
John at Patriot Mission Critical was happy to take the project seed loan money and run with that with no intention to pay any of it back.
