I contacted Patriot Moving - they in turn hired Pony Xpress Van lines to move me from Fayetteville, NC to Seattle,Wa back at the end of April of 2005. Pony Xpress came to my residence in North Carolina picked up my belongings and agreed on a delivery date in May. With that - they were late on the delivery date -after contacting them and Patriot Moving several times in attempt to find out why they were late on the delivery, Patriot Moving told me that there was nothing that they could do and that they would contact Pony Xpress and someone from Patriot Moving customer service would contact me back - where I was told that they didn't have any qualified drivers at the time and that my stuff was in a storage unit until they can get someone to deliver it to Seattle. Pony Xpress Van Lines compensated me for the delay since I was missing all my belongings and the delay of starting my new job..

2 weeks later my stuff was delivered at 11pm at night. The men who dropped off my belongings - broke a few things, most of my stuff was damaged and lost. I filed my claim back in July of 2005, with several attempts to contact the claims department with no luck only to be told and screamed at and cursed at - I have documentation of all the times that I have called and left messages, I was told that a manager will return my call several times with no response.

I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and that complaint was not resolved. I have have had headache after headache dealing with Pony Xpress Van Lines. They will not answer my phone calls let alone take care of my claim and re-emburse me for the loss on their part since they didn't have to qualified people to do the job, and lost some of my stuff in their storage unit.
