Patriot Warranty Purchased a Patriot extended warranty, then I sold my vehicle. Patriot promised a refund my purchase. That was 16 weeks ago. No refund, they refuse to call back. Money lost to this scam, Sioux Falls South Dakota
I purchased the Patriot entended warranty during September 2020. I sold my vehicle in October 2021. I did not ue the warranty during the one year time frame. I contact Patriot and they agreed to refund the unused portio of my extended warranty.
They stated it would take 8 to 12 weeks for the refund chck to arrive. It has been 16 weeks and no refund check. I called Patriot for a refund check status update and was routed to their call back phone number. No one called back. Money lost to this scam operation.

Send a letter with the details of this problem and a copy of the contract to the South Dakota state attorney general's office. I've had luck doing this in the past with similar situations.
