Don't do business with Patriotic Pro Supply 

 

I ordered a product from Patriotic Pro Supply and on my receipt, noticed I had also signed up for a wholesale club membership. If I wanted to cancel, I had to do so by 23 Aug 2023. 

 

I tried to cancel three times before that date... and was ignored. I have screenshots, video grabs, and phone call recording to backup my statement.

 

I clicked on the Cancel Membership link as instructed in the order receipt. That took me to a 404 error page. 

 

I then emailed the email address as instructed in the order rereceipt.  Unfortunately, I received no response. 

 

I then called the phone number as instructed in the order receipt... but was fwd'd to a voicemail.

Result: They never responded and have stolen $117.82 from my account.

12 Aug 2023 - Ordered product. 

 

Noticed I had also signed up for a membership trial period. I had to cancel by 23 Aug 2023 or I'd be charged $58.91 

 

16 Aug 2023 - Canceled Membership

     ... a few hours later... my card was 

         swiped.

16 Aug 2023 - $58.91 

24 Aug 2023 - Called to cancel and 

      was sent to voicemail.

28 Aug 2023 - $58.91 was taken
