I really dont usually complain much... but the service I have recieved from Pats Small Engine is not up to snuff. I ordered a bearing kit for a Polaris atv. Placed the order, recieved confermation. 11 days later still have not recieved the item.. Called Pats, talked to a lady who advised me they had to back order the item..Seems to me you shouldnt advertise the product if you do not have it on hand. Or at least state so. Next time I will know better, and buy locally. So just fair warning.. My situation might be just bad communication. But after reading reports on this Rip Off site i have to wonder. You make the call.
