I hired Patsy Rushing to hold an estate sale of my parent's home after the death of my mother and relocation of my father. She totally disappeared for an entire month after the sale. When she finally returned my calls/emails, she claimed her "stalker" was back. She sent the check from the estate sale, the key, an itemized list of belongings sold and a slip of donated items for a local charity. The house was full of antiques/collectables/furniture. There were approximately 15 items listed on the itemized list of items sold. Numerous items are totally unaccounted for. The slip from the charity was never signed by a member of the charity as I asked the president of the charity if she had accepted the donation. She said she "hadn't accepted a donation in months".
If anyone has information about the user ID of Mrs. Rushing's ebay store, I would love to have it as she apparently has sold quite a few items during the month of October when she "disappeared".
My sister and I are beyond griefstricken. It was difficult enough losing our mother and, now, our parent's belongings have essentially been stolen without any accounting or apology.
Do not EVER hire this woman or her company.

Patsy Rushing / Always P And P Estate Sales So, I filed a claim in small claims court Vancouver Washington

So, it's been awhile since I first filed this report regarding Mrs. Rushing. I'll update you. I filed a claim against Mrs. Rushing in small claims court of Clark County, Washington. She never answered the summons and I won a default judgment in the amount of approximately $4000.00. She never answered, responded nor in any way denied any of the deeds she purported against my family. Just so you all know...I did transfer the case to superior court in Clark County, Washington and have filed a lien against Mrs. Rushing's property. I was serious and truthful in my allegations and took it as far as was humanly possible within the law.
