Complaint Review: Patty Collins

Patty Collins listed a camper trailer on Ebay as Clean, Ready to go camping, Don`t miss out. I placed a bid on the camper and won the bid. Before I paid the deposit I contacted Patty Collins to Question her about the condition of the camper and she asured me that the camper was just as she had described, I asked her if there where any water leak`s coming in from the roof and she said No. I also asked about the condition of the appliance`s, she said everything was in working order. So I paid the deposit as to meet the terms of her Ebay agreement and made arangements to go and pick the trailer up. I live in VA. so I am taking this woman at here word. The following Saturday I drove the 500 miles to pick-up the trailer and to finish paying Patty Collins her 2500 dollars money left owed on her trailer after my deposit. When I arrived at Patty Collins I found the Camper Trailer to be all but falling apart. There where water leak`s in four different place`s that had caused the ceiling to rot, all the window seals where rotted out and where letting water leak in. There was a smell in the trailer that burnt my eys and nose. The trailer had visable cracks in the roof. and the list goes on. When I explained to her that I could not buy this trailer in this condition and asked for my deposit back, she said my deposit was non-refundable. I explained to her that her trailer was not in the condition as she had described in her on EBay, and she agreed that there where problems, but still would not return my deposit.
