I was contacted regarding owing money on an internet payday loan.

Paul Adams emailed saying he was with acs and that if I did not contact them within 48 hours, I would be summoned to court.

I told him I could pay 100.00 a month starting on the 15th of each month via email.

He sent me a form to fill out which consisted of my card info and a copy of my drivers license.

The first payment was taken out on Aug 15, 2013. It went thru as being taken out from acs.

The next payment date, he emailed me saying my card was declined and he was going to download my case file.

I told him the money was on there and then I thought it got hacked because a site called socialweb took 97.99 from the acct.

I told him the money was hacked and he would have to wait for payment til Sept 27.

He then emailed me Sept 27, 2013 saying he needed my card #, exp date, address, cvn code on the back of card.

He said as soon as I sent that to him he would send me an electronic agreement back for me to sign.

I sent him the info he requested and never received an electronic agreement back. Then on Sept29, my card was hacked.

It was used for Skype.com for 63.52 and godaddy.com for 21.00.

So basically he knew I had 100.00 on there and they spend it where-ever.

My biggest concern is that I sent him a copy of my drivers license.
