Complaint Review: Paul And Tracey McManus PrayerPower.com

I had ordered twice from this company and received the product and was satisfied with what I got.

Then in February of 2007 I ordered more CD's on personal prayer. I did not receive these after waiting for several weeks.

I emailed customer service and just got auto response back. Got no one at customer service.

I emailed Paul directly and have never got a response back. The website said it was under construction. I called paypal in July and they looked into it but said it didn't fall under there criteria to go after him. Not sure why, as I paid through paypal.

I have emailed another letter to Paul actually today. Will see what happens. I just want my money back. It is unfortunate that someone like Paul and Tracey can earn someones trust then pull the crap they pulled. I hope they eventually will show their honesty and integrity and make it right by those who's money they took, but didn't send what was bought.
