On April 9, 2016 my son purchase a 2011 VW GTI Golf from Paul Blanco "good car company" due to several

issues with his credit Paul Blanco dealership was one of a few options he had available to purchase used car.

I noticed No vehicle reflected a price and all come WITHOUT a warranty ( purchased a-alcart )

with few options the additional 2k warranty was factored into the price of the vehicle.  My son purchase the Golf for $18,598.16 with an interest rate of 13% (Once you pick up you jaw I'll continue!) The CarFax report reflect a prior rear end accident  however no physical damage was noticeable except a separation between the bumper and body of the vehicle that luckily I noticed and had noted on the contract.  After the paperwork was signed the dealership tried to discourage me from the repair however I insisted so the mechanic glued the pieces together. ( one side has already separated)

The primary reason for my complaint is regarding the missing items from the car including the spare tire.

I was assured by Eric and others that the  tire would be replaced however the tonneau cover and mobile utility kit were also missing however when I asked for these items the hostility began.

i admit I did not check the trunk before the car was purchased and assuming made me an a*s however I am a senior with disabilities and unfortunately I'm a trusting person.  When I asked for the general manager to resolve this issued the employee stated "Oh my God" and stormed off.  I then spoke with Pedro that offered to find the tonneau at a discounted

price that I would be totally responsible for the cost of the item so I agreed. The following day when the spare tire was placed in the car the plastic tie down bolt was missing so I went back to the dealership to ask for the piece, Pedro was unavailable so Mr. Reggie Mosley came out of his office to speak to me however before I had the opportunty to explain why I was back he abruptly told me my son needed to to present ( he was working at the time ) I tried to tell him I needed this item for the spare tire when he asked me to sit in the side lobby when I refused he called the POLICE to escore me out of the building he described me and my clothing to the police then disappeared, I waited for the police for several hours because I did not want them to show up at my house.  I left the dealership after three hours waiting.

i called Pedro this morning but miraculously he was not available.
