Complaint Review: Paul Brian Clutts - Paul Brian Morgan - Michael Wayne Clutts Aka?

A dead beat father of 3 kids who has run from paying child support for 14 years. He was to pay $598.00 a month and has only sent $50.00 which was received in 1996.

He has 21&19 year olds sons who remember him and a 17 year old daughter who does not. I have raised these children without his help and I believe it is time to stop him and make him pay for his obligations.

Last known location was Tampa Bay area where he is with a woman by the name of Linda Davis who suppose to have a catering business. He has been with her since 1995. He was also located before that in Portland, Or.

He was raised in Hemet Ca. and Almeda, Ca. His line of work is Tree service. His father had a tree business in California when he was a teen and it is what he probably still does. Any help in finding him would be greatly appreciated.
