Complaint Review: Proton LED Displays

Paul Catignania The sign hasn't worked correctly from the day it was delivered and it is nearly impossible to obtain service or advice. I'd never buy this crap again. Lyons Georgia

There is no easy way to tell this story buy I think it is fair to say that ProtonLED and Paul Catignani put up a good show, just like their sign, WHEN THEY WORK. If you have an a couple of hours I can tell you all the reasons other sign companies might be a better choice. It has been my experience that I would have been better off paying more to companies like Adaptive Displays in Milwaukee than to take a chance on such an iffy proposition as I've experienced with ProtonLED displays.

My sign has traveled a brutal path to the point that it no longer functions and it feels as if Proton LED has abandoned me - ONLY NINE MONTHS AFTER INITIAL POWER UP. I am sick and disgusted with ProtonLED and Paul Catignani. Trust me, while I like the sign when it works, it doesn't work often or for long. Now that I know how it was really built, I don't expect I'll ever recoup my considerable investment and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PROTONLED AGAIN! I'd rather pay twice as much to work with companies that will do the right thing when their sign fails than to put up with this crap.

And the end result is, at least when it comes to me, the support system and structure at ProtonLED Displays keeps me quite a distance from talking with people that can help me and this leaves me to believe that ProtonLED hides behind their call cue and email support apparatus. Even if the sign works, service is absolutely useless when you can't talk to someone to resolve problems.
