Complaint Review: Paul Connolly

This guy is a scamming liar. He originally sold me a signed U2 book that was nothing as described. After telling me to send it back for a refund ($1250.00), I never heard from the guy.

After various e-mails, I finally got hold of him by phone. He stated that he had spent the money, but he will get it out soon, just e-mail him. Of course, I never heard from him. In the mean time, he resold the book on e-bay. What a lowlife.

Finally, after reporting him to Square Deal, IC3, Paypal and others, he immediately sent $600.00. He then decided to stop any mediation and the case was closed. Now, still oweing $650.00, he will be reported to every possible fraud venue I can find, as well as have an attorney get involved.
