This individual was hired to do multiple remodeling projects. He underbids the project in order to be hired and under contract he attempts change orders and creates frivilous invoices increasing the original bid. If you do not pay him more he refuses to finish the work his is contracted to do. He lies about supplies ordered that are supposedly sitting in his warehouse that he does not have.
He takes funds from projects for personal gain. His work is below mid grade. When you see his work done you wonder if he ever learned how to use a tape measure or a level. His jobsites look like a junk pile, atrocious. He is not licensed or insured. He is being sued by several others for defalcation. If you come across him or his companies, RUN. Do not give him a dime.
