Paul Galante All Web Referrals, Referrals Tech Inc, Click Quote Save Paul offered me leads, but required that I send him payment prior to receiving anything. He cashed a check for 1k from me, never supplied me leads and never returned my numerous calls or emails. Boulder Colorado
After speaking with Paul on numerous occasions, I sent him a check for $1,000. His team responded that they were working on leads for me, but it has been over a month and I have not received anything. I tried to email and call Paul several times over the past 1 1/2 months, but he has not responded. Please do not use All Web Referrals, Referrals Tech Inc., or Click Quote Save, as he appears to be a complete scam artist.

Wednesday September 12th at 2:48 Eastern, Paul emailed me as follows: Please send us your bank information, so we can issue a refund. Wire will go out Tuesday next week at the latest.
I provided Paul with my bank account information. However, he texted me on 9/19 stating the "owners" were NOT issuing a refund.
Paul has now mislead me into believing that I would receive a refund. In addition, it has now been 71 days since they recieved payment and I have not received any of the leads I signed up for. I am also very concerned that Paul has my account information.
At this time, I am writing off my payment of $1,000 as a loss and very bad learning experience. I will not be working with Paul or All Web Referrals or business that he is affiliated with in the future.

Paul has reached out to me and offered a full refund. It appears there was some technical issues with a new platform combined with a slow summer. Paul was also out of the office during that time due to a family crisis. My initial reaction was out of frustration that he had not responded.
Please note that my initial comments stated that he had not responded for 1 1/2 months. In reviewing the emails, it was only 21 days between responses and this was when he was out of the office. Please also note that the was for a new platform through All Web Referrals. It was not associated with Click Quote Save.
I will update once again when I receive the refund.
