I guess he ran out of people to scam in California and is now at it in Las Vegas. He ran a scam operation with nightclubs and Cathouse in vegas and somehow he was made a Manager of On Board Tours Las Vegas branch.
So much for them background checking their employees..lol
Hide your credit cards and other personal information from him in Vegas if I were you.
