IN MAY 2003 MY 2003 BMW M3 WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT WHERE PAUL MILLER WAS PAID CLOSE TO $16000 TO FIX MY CAR.SINCE THEN MY CAR HAS BEEN BACK 6 TIMES TO KEEP FIXING SAME PROBLEMS AGAIN AND AGAIN.

MY CAR STILL HAS THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS,TRUNK DOES NOT LOCK,CAR DOES NOT LOCK IN NYC, REAR BRAKES MAKE A GRINDING SOUND,RADIO DOES NOT WORK,TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SIGN DOES NOT GO AWAY,CONVERTIBLE TOP MAKES LOUD NOISES WHEN IN MOTION.

WHEN I CONTACTED BMW CORP AND AN ATTORNEY REGARDING THIS MATTER PAUL MILLER CLAIMED I HAD BEEN BACK AFTER THE ACCIDENT ONLY TWICE,WHICH IS A BOLD FACED LIE SINCE I PERSONALLY HANDED THE KEYS TO MY CAR TO MR BRETT AND DID NOT TAKE INVOICES FOR ANY OF THOSE VISITS SINCE I TRUSTED THESE PEOPLE.I HAD PURCHASED 3 BRAND NEW BMWS FROM THEM IN 2 YRS. DETAILS FOR MY VISIT FROM JULY 03,AUGUST 03 AND NOV 03 WERE MISSING UNDERMINING MY CASE LEGALLY.REMEMBER ALWAYS GET INVOICES.

MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED, PMBMW WANTS TO PRETEND I DO NOT EXIST AND MY CAR HAS NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM.DISHONESTY DID PAY FOR PAUL MILLER IN THIS CASE AND I AM STUCK WITH A $70,000 PIECE OF s**t.AND AS FAR AS BMW CORPORATE GOOD LUCK.THEY WILL TELL YOU TO GO TO HELL BEFORE THEY HELP YOU.I GUESS THEY ARE WAY TOO BUSY TO HELP LITTLE SHITS LIKE US. GUYS BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY A BMW.BCOZ IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN...............RIPPED OFF CONSUMER

Had A similar Problem

Had a similar problem with BMW, though not as much money. Had a 10 year old 528 that was involved in an accident. The est. to repair from the local BMW place was 3K. The value of the vehicle was 6K. USAA says do I want the 6K or do I want the car repaired? Tell them I like the car go ahead and fix it. BMW had it for 6 weeks and every week I'd get another statement from the BMW place for more repairs that the ins. co. authorized, came to 7,000+. Got the car back and it didn't work for jack. All kinds of problems, had it back in the shop numerous times but it never did work properly after the repairs. If you read some of the posts here from people who have bought used cars they find out that the car was wrecked. The only option you might have is with your ins. co. or the legal system. Otherwise do what I did and trade it in and take the hit. You can't show a loss until you get rid of the vehicle or try and see what Paul Miller will give towards a trade-in. Good luck.
