Paul O'Neill / PC Earth Hired me for Voice Over services and naver paid me, Internet
I was selected by Paul O'Neill for a project he had posted on a freelance website called Scriptlance.com. He needed to hire someone to do the voice over for a video for his website http://pc-earth.co.uk. On Sept. 3rd, 2009 I was sent a script to record and I sent the recording back to him. He then asked me to do a second recording of the script the next day which I did. I waited for payment for my services and contacted him repeatedly and also reported him on the freelance website that he did not pay for my work. They suspended his account as a result until he paid me, but unfortunately there was not more they could do to help me.
On Sept. 17th, 2009, I finally was able to reach him via MSN messenger. After a long chat, he said he would send me my payment through Paypal the following morning. He never did. I repeatedly tried to contact him again and he would not return my emails.
After a month and a half of trying to reach him, he finally replied to an email on Nov. 8th saying he would send me payment the following morning. Again, no payment was sent the next morning. He sent me another email that day requestingaudi I send him the recording AGAIN. I told him I would send the audio file for a 3rd time after he paid me because he has been making repeaded promises to pay me and has not. Of course, no payment was sent.
Today is Nov. 29th. It has been 3 weeks since I last heard from Paul promising me payment for the second time and it has been almost 3 MONTHS since I did his project and he has never paid me. He has ripped me off and he knows he owes me money because he promised TWICE to pay me and didn't. I have all of those emails documented. He is a scammer and a liar. I would be very wary of doing business with this person because he has proved to be extermely dishonest and does not pay for services rendered. I am sure he expects payment whenever he does computer repair work for a customer, yet he seems to feel he does not have to pay for work done for him. He is a lair and a cheat.
