Paul Palitti - Waves Development Group ripoff Passed a bad check non compliance of agreement filed bankruptcy Ocean City Maryland
Paul and his company entered into an agreement to pay our company for advancing a fee to a lender to secure financing for his project. He provided a company check as collateral. The check was no good and he declined the financing thus forfeiting our money. It's been over a year, his emails are turned off and he has filed bankruptcy and will not return calls.

Paul Palatti from Waves development returned phone calls in April 2008 to assure that they would pay the money back. It is now Aug 2008 and no more phone calls or attempts to pay the money back have been made. Collection efforts will now resume.

The Waves Development Team expressed a desire to rectify this situation. A time frame of 60 days from the first week in Aug 2007 was given. Additional collection efforts have been tabled until then.
