Complaint Review: Paul Russum - CHEROKEE WINDOWS OF DENVER

Mr. Russum told us he was a liquidator and offered to sell us 6 pallets of liquidated electronics equipment from Sears. Several months went by and he still hadn't delivered the pallets so we asked for a refund. When we ask for our money back he refused, so we called the sheriffs office.

When the sheriff spoke with him he indicated that he would return our money minus a 20% restocking fee. Since he hadn't ordered the pallets or taken receipt of them, we took him to small claims court. He never showed up to court so we won the judgment. He is still refusing to pay us back.
