Complaint Review: Paul's TV

Paul's TV Located in a number of Jordan's Furniture Retail Stores. Failure to honor their contractural agreement & damage to my property upon leaving Natick, Massachusetts

Sure, they have pretty good prices on televisions, but their customer service and customer relations suck.  Their delivery teams leave a great deal to be desired as well ( a little training on customer service, cleanliness, clean up after the delivery might be a nice place to start...ANYONE FROM CORPORATE READING!!!??? ).  

When my 73" TV was delivered with a lead time of 33 days, they only delivered half of the items I bought...but never bothered to call me to inform me of this minor fact-even while they were driving to my house---A MONTH LEAD TIME!).  They did not clean up after themselves and did NOT set up as promised & PAID FOR!  

So, my only recourse will be to return the TV and purchase it somewhere else.  This of course will be after I announce their short-comings on virtually every social network site I can get my internet hands on.  Thinking of purchasing a TV at PAUL'S, don't waste your time....and you may want to think about buying anything from Jordan's too.....since they are SO CLOSE with this company and RAVE about how great Paul's is...please, don't make me ill.

Well, I guess bad press does have it's advantages...Paul's TV not only made good on ALL of their contractural obligations, they honored it the VARY SAME DAY.  Mark & Richard from the Natick store saved the sale & have earned future business.  Nice.
