On Feb 25, 2008, I enrolled my son into some classes with John Robert Powers at 4311 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, CA. I was given a copy of the contract indicating that I had 72 hours in which to submit a cancellation letter via a certified letter. I sent the cancellation letter along with a copy of my contract to John Robert Powers on Feb 26, 2008, and it was received and signed by Eugenio at 10:29 AM on Feb 27, 2008. This was well within the 72 hour period. I called their office on Feb 28, 2008, to verify that I would receive a refund within 21 days as stated in the contract. A representative by the name of Amber promised me that I would receive a full refund but it has now been 33 days and no refund yet. I also spoke with Angelo, Eugenio, Margaret, Tim, and Amber since Feb 28 and they have all told me that I need to speak to Paul Sedore. I left 3 messages for Paul on Mar 26, 27, and 28 with no response from Paul.
