Bobby Charles Lee, Sr. is the President of L&B Environmental. He is a none scam artist. I had my suspicions before starting to work for him but I just looked past it. I worked for him for a little bit over 1 month. Each Friday which is supposed to be payday never happened. Until the following week. I quit Friday, February 20, 2015 and he made me buy my own bus ticket to get back from Brownsville, Tx. to Deer Park, Tx. Everyone at the company was on a set salary but never got their full pay and they said they put our per diem on our paychecks but that never happened. We never got per diem once. I have a signed contract with the company stating that I would be paid $70,000 a year salary, I have a copy of the contract on person. And last Friday they told everyone that the new pay date would be changed to Mondays without notice, but that still hasnt happened. And since they were not making any money in Brownsville, that everyone is going on hourly, no per diem, no travel time paid. This guy is no good. And a couple of weeks ago I was contacted by the Waller County Police because they got my phone number off of the company facebook account and said that the company was involved in a scam of $150,000.00. That was hacked through emails. Please be aware of this man and company. Below is a list of all parties involved with this company that deals with money:

The previous report is full of falsehoods in that there was an angry employee that had been terminated and wrote the report to make trouble for all involved in L&B Environmental Services, LLC. He then came back and apologized and wrote on the report that he was sorry for having written the report in the first place, that it was done in a fit of anger.
I would like for this report to be removed from The Ripoff Report in that it is detrimental to my business and reputation.
If this is not removed, I will file a lawsuit for slander.

I retract my previous apologies to the company and its representatives. They have lied to me again. I was told that if I remove this ripoff report that I would be paid. That was a lie. They still not have paid me. I found out more information today. Bobby Charles Lee, Sr. President of L&B Environmental has 2 felony charges for fraud. He scammed 2 of his neighbors 1 for $40,000 and the other for $200,000. This man and company are all professional crooks, and I also have found out that he is in a bowling league with a Pasadena Police Officer that keeps him on his toes and basically a crocked cop. I went to his house today at **** in Deer Park, Tx. I talked to his wife who seemed to be a nice lady. He said that he was not home at the time, but he was being a coward and hiding in the house.
About an hour later I saw his son Bobby Lee, Jr. leaving the Deer Park police station. And a few minutes later the police showed up at his house, I was 2 houses down talking to his neighbor that he scammed for $40,000. I leave there and head home about 5 minutes away and and the officer from Deer Park that was on the case called me and said that if I go back to Bobbys house I will have criminal tresspassing charges against me filed. The only honest and willing person I have spoken with that is affilliated with this company is Brian Price, nice guy and tries to help all that he can, but can only help so much being that he is not owner of the company. He always answers his phone calls or texts. I honestly feel bad that such a nice guy is wrapped up in such a terrible company, and hope the best for him.

I would personally like to say that I am sorry to the companies and representatives that I have listed in the previous comment. I have talked with 2 of the represntatives and they have made it known and clear to me that I will be compenated for the work that I have done for them. Again my apologies to the individuals named and the companies that I have also stated. I will furthermore not contiue to slander or say any negative about the mentioned names again.
